What payment methods does ClubZap support?

In association with our payments partner Stripe we can accept payment using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Revolut Pay.

How long does it take to receive membership payments?

Membership payments are processed through Stripe, with payouts typically reaching your club’s bank account within 3–5 working days. This timing can vary depending on your bank’s processing schedule.

How can I track membership payments and manage follow-ups?

Club administrators have access to a dedicated dashboard that provides a clear view of payment statuses. From here, you can see who has paid, identify overdue payments and send automated reminders to members who still need to complete their payment.
